Integrated management policy

FastFiber carries out its activities with a focus on the continuous improvement of the quality of the services provided, always aiming to meet the needs of its Clients and achieve their satisfaction, as well as that of its shareholders, employees, suppliers and other relevant entities.


The FastFiber Integrated Management System (IMS) is based on a development policy supported by the following guiding principles:

• Lead in excellence across all its activities, considering the expectations and satisfaction of Clients and all relevant interested parties, ensuring sustainable development and the valorization of human resources;

• Develop and optimize the available resources in a sustainable way, respecting the relationship with the surrounding environment, managing risk in order to respond to the evolving needs of interested parties;

• Communicate its commitments regarding quality, environment, occupational health and safety, social responsibility, service levels and information security to the entire Organization, its suppliers, partners and contractors, official entities, other interested parties and the community in general, in a rigorous and transparent manner;

• Manage all operational activities and the implementation of new solutions and methods in order to achieve the established objectives and targets, both within the scope of the strategic guidelines defined by the Board and within the scope of the contracts established with Clients;

• Manage activities with a focus on achieving economic and financial results that allow the sustainable development of the company in the short, medium and long term;

• Comply with compliance obligations and any other commitments to which the Organization is bound, namely ESG policies, regulations and applicable legislation;

• Manage the satisfaction of all employees through policies of recognition, training, development and professional appreciation, enabling a balance between professional, family and personal life, strengthening employee well-being and their sense of belonging to the Organization;

• Recognize employees as its most valuable asset through the development of internal measures that demonstrate the Organization’s social and corporate responsibility;

• Provide conditions that allow the prevention of work-related injuries and health conditions, and ensure safe and healthy workplaces, namely by eliminating hazards and reducing risks to occupational safety and health;

• Encourage and promote the active contribution of employees through consultation and participation;

• Train, motivate and engage all employees so that they perform their duties with a professional attitude aligned with the group’s values, aiming at the enhancement of their capabilities and excellence in their performance;

• Encourage and promote the active contribution of employees in environmental protection, including pollution prevention;

• Respect the fundamental principles of the Organization’s information security, namely confidentiality, integrity and availability;

• Assume corporate sustainability as an integral part of its decision-making processes, ensuring the economic, social and environmental balance of the Organization and creating value for shareholders, employees, clients, suppliers, external entities and the community in general;

• Implement, maintain and improve the Integrated Management System from a perspective of continuous improvement, ensuring the definition, review and compliance with objectives related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety, service management and information security;

• Continuously evaluate and periodically review this policy and its respective objectives, ensuring the consolidation of the commitments assumed by management and defining new priorities for action whenever necessary.
